We’re obsessed with every product we send out — but hey, sometimes things don’t click. Maybe it wasn’t love at first unboxing. Maybe the courier had a bad day. Either way, we’ve got your back.
🧾 Return Eligibility
You can return a product if:
● It’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
● You notify us within 3 days of delivery (yes, three — we’re luxury, not time travel).
● The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags and the invoice.
(Basically, it should look like it never went on a honeymoon with you.)
You can’t return it if:
● You opened that fancy skincare or perfume (hygiene, darling).
● It’s a sale item or custom order — those are final, like bad tattoos.
● You just changed your mind. We love indecision, but our warehouse doesn’t
📩 How to Request a Return
● Send an email to support@luxoriaglobal.com within 3 days of delivery.
● Include:
○ Order ID
○ Reason for return
○ Photos or video (we're visual people)
We’ll review your request in 24–48 business hours. If approved, we'll guide you through the return process like a concierge at a five-star hotel.
💸 Refunds
Once we get the product back and confirm it's in mint condition:
● Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
● If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we’ll need your bank details. No, we won’t use them to buy Bitcoin
🔁 Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges (yet), but feel free to return the item and place a fresh order. More shopping? You’re welcome.
