Welcome to Luxoria Global, where luxury is a lifestyle, and even our fine print looks good. Before you click “Buy Now” on your next obsession-worthy product, we need to lay down some ground rules — nothing wild, just the standard stuff... but with flair.

 

🛍 1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, scrolling, or buying that fifth skincare serum you swear you need — you agree to these terms. If not, that’s cool, but please exit the luxury lounge.

We’re Luxoria Global, your passport to premium products imported from the USA and Europe. Everything here is curated with love, verified for quality, and wrapped in a virtual ribbon of taste.  

🛒 3. Ordering & Payment

      All prices are in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated.

 

      We accept all major payment methods (credit, debit, UPI, even your midnight impulse).

 

      Orders are confirmed once payment is received. No payment = no package.

 

      If your card gets declined, don’t worry — it happens to the best of us.

  

🚚 4. Shipping

      We ship from abroad, which means 17–24 business days for delivery.

 

      You’ll get tracking updates once your order begins its first-class journey across continents.

 

      All customs and duties? Handled by us. No surprise “Courier bhaiya is asking for ₹1,200” calls.

🔁 5. Returns & Refunds

You can return products that arrive broken, defective, or emotionally disappointing (but only if you tell us within 3 days).

 You can’t return opened skincare, used perfumes, or things you just don’t vibe with anymore.

Refunds take 5–7 business days, and no — we can’t speed it up with manifestation. (Full drama in our Return Policy.)  

🚫 6. Stuff You Can’t Do

      Pretend to be someone else.

 

      Copy our content — we worked hard on that sarcasm.

 

      Use our website to do shady things. No scams, no spam, no guilt-tripping us into discounts.

  

📷 7. Product Images & Descriptions

We try to make everything look like it just walked out of a Vogue shoot, but:

      Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

 

      Some products are handmade or have slight natural variations.  Translation: They’re unique, not defective.

We take your privacy more seriously than we take delayed coffee deliveries.
