Once you place your order, we do a little happy dance, then get to work:
● Processing takes 24–48 business hours, because we double-check every detail.
● After that, your precious items start their international journey — all the way from our trusted warehouses in the USA and Europe.
● You’ll receive tracking info once your order has shipped, because we know waiting without updates is cruel.
⏳ Delivery Time
Now, here’s the fun part. Your luxury order doesn’t just fall from the sky.
● Estimated delivery time:
17 to 24 business days (yes, business days — weekends and holidays don’t count, even for luxury).
Why so long? Because:
● It’s coming from another continent.
● We handle customs, taxes, and paperwork.
● And frankly, we’d rather deliver late than deliver wrong.

📦 Lost or Damaged Orders
In the rare case your order decides to go on a world tour without telling us:
● Contact us within 60 business days, and we’ll chase it down like a jealous ex.
● If it arrives damaged, send us pics. We’ll fix it. Luxuriously.
